Analysis: Devin is one of the top 2011 WR prospects coming out of Ohio. He has excellent speed and knows how to run good routes. He has great hands and can stop at the drop of a dime. Needs to work on his downfield blocking abilities but overall has a lot of natural talent. He started his first two seasons at Ellet HS in Akron and had a breakout season his Junior year when he transferred to Washington HS in Massillon, OH. Look for him to have another huge season this year as the Tigers top downfield threat.
