Analysis:  Hart is a small back that runs with surprising power.  He rarely gets tackled by the first defender.  Hart possesses elite balance needed to be an elite back.  He also understands how to read blocks and has great vision in the open field.  Has the speed needed to break away from the defense but has even better acceleration to get through a hole in a hurry.  A fierce blocker, Hart is not scared to do his share of blocking.  One of the best punt returners in the nation.
