Analysis:  Buie is a small back who has tremendous speed.  He has elite vision and open field ability.  Able to read defenders well and make the first man miss with a great ability to "juke" the defender.  Has the breakaway speed needed to turn 5 yard runs into 90 yard touchdowns.  Has great hands out of the backfield and has improved his route running.  Has proven he can be an every down back playing in 29 straight games and touching the ball 435 times in the last two season.
